School Ultimate

An obvious way to recruit junior members would be to raise the club's visibility in schools. There are various ways to do this!

Would you like to recruit new juniors for your club? You can find them here: at school, in gymnastics clubs, in scout groups... This page focuses on schools. Introducing Ultimate to schools is not that difficult in itself. Most clubs have already taught Ultimate in schools on numerous occasions. The question is, how do you get the children from school to your club afterwards?

We believe that direct contact is the key to convincing people to start playing Ultimate. People are not only enthusiastic about a certain sport, but also and above all about other people: a club, a team, new friends! That's why it's important that many club players are present at the tournament and, if possible, that the tournament is organized where the club training sessions take place.

  1. Organize/contact schools and teachers who would be willing to hold a trial lesson with Ultimate and a student tournament.
  2. Hold a 45-90 minute trial lesson (according to the template).
  3. Hold the student tournament and actively invite Juniors to your follow up training
