Concept
Would you like to recruit new junior players for your club? Schools are a good place to start.
Introducing Ultimate in schools isn’t difficult. Many clubs have taught Ultimate in schools before, and teachers often welcome the opportunity to integrate club-led Ultimate lessons into the curriculum. However, the question is: how do you get the kids to join your club afterwards?
One way is to organise a pupils' tournament, combined with the option of joining your club's junior training sessions before or after.
We believe that direct contact is the key to convincing people to start playing Ultimate.
People aren’t just passionate about a particular sport — they’re also, and above all, passionate about other people: a club, a team, new friends! That’s why it’s important for as many club players as possible to be present at the tournament and, if possible, for the tournament to be held where club practices take place.

Swiss Ultimate financially supports clubs organising school tournaments.
- Small school tournament (3–4 classes): CHF 400.-
- Medium-sized school tournament (5–8 classes): CHF 800.-
- Large school tournament (12 or more classes): CHF 1,200.-
