Club Consultant
In 2025, the SUA created a 20-percent position to support clubs and regional growth.
Concept: Every club has its own specific strengths, challenges, ideas, and ideals. Some clubs would like to start a junior team, while others are ready to establish a satellite club. The club consultant works with each club individually to identify its goals in the area of recreational sports. Together, they define the opportunities and challenges facing the club. The club consultant supports the clubs in achieving their goals. A key focus here is regional collaboration: How can clubs strengthen one another? The club consultant draws on a catalog of best practices and support options, which is continuously updated through dialogue with the clubs.
